фактор увеличения скорости
Этот параметр определяет возможность увеличения скорости в отчет на получение ячейки управления RM-cell. Дополнительный рост скорости определяется формулой AIR=PCR*RIF. RIF измеряется степенями числа 2 и может принимать значения от 1/32768 до 1.
